“Sweet” Jimmy Robinson
American boxer ‘Sweet’ Jimmy Robinson in Miami, Florida in 1979. Robinson lost to
Cassius Clay, later known as Muhammad Ali, by knockout at 1:34 of the first round at the
Miami Beach Convention Hall on 7th February, 1961. Robinson retired in 1969 and after Michael Brennan photographed and interviewed Robinson in 1979, he was never
interviewed or photographed again. His whereabouts are still unknown.
