Prince Philip died on 9 April 2021, aged 99, two months before his centenary. He was the longest-serving royal consort in British history.
Its an honour that The Royal Family chose this celebrated portrait of Prince Philip taken by the late great Terry O'Neill.
It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen has announced the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
